Refund of Payments Policy

Your payments for the services offered via Prime Real Limited are split into three types. Upon using the site, you declare you understand and accept this refund terms.

We outline the refund terms for each of these below:

• Administration/Booking Fee:
  Prime Real Limited obtains from you, the user of the site, a booking fee in respect of its services of finding, and providing the mechanism to book a suitable room or property. Once you have booked a room or property using our website, and made payment in respect of that booking, in the event of any cancellation of the booking by you, this booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE.
  In the very unlikely event of us cancelling your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we will refund 100% of this booking fee to you.
• Monthly Rental Fee:
  You, the tenant, will make payment of the monthly / weekly / daily (depends on contract type) rental fee in respect of your booked accommodation either direct to the landlord or via our site to the landlord.
  Once we or the landlord has received your funds, your property has been booked and your payment is NON REFUNDABLE for the term of the initial payment, as stated in the lease agreement between you and the landlord.
  After the initial payment, any on-going monthly rental fee will be paid monthly in arrears and will be NON REFUNDABLE for that month. Every rent paid by card transaction going to be automatic forwarded to hotel or landlord accoutn and any claims should be resolved in terms of tanant / hotel, tenant / landlord agreement.
• Security Deposit Fee:
  Your security deposit fee is the amount required by the landlord of the property you are renting in respect of security taken against damage, theft, loss of furniture or goods within the property, or non-payment of rent in arrears. This is normally, but not always, the equivalent of one months rent.

In the event that upon check out of the property there is no such damage identified and assuming all obligations have been paid and you are not in breach of any of the terms of this Lease, then upon expiry or termination of this Lease the security deposit shall be returned to you. In the event all obligations of yours have not been paid, the security deposit fee will be returned to you less deductions in accordance with applicable law.
