Jardins is universally considered one of the most elite neighborhoods in Sao Paulo and is primarily inhabited by the city’s wealthy. It is ideally located surrounded by other sought-after neighborhood while remaining a convenient distance from major areas of Sao Paulo’s metropolis.

It offers an abundance of local services and cultural institutions such as MiS, not least critically-acclaimed restaurants, chic bars, top hotels, flats and aparthotels.

The area is well-connected to all major thoroughfares of the city by way of Marginal Pinheiros, Avenida Rebouças, Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima and Avenida Nove de Julho. Jardim Paulistano and Jardim Paulista are the areas best served by the metro with emerald, yellow and green lines nearby. Further stations due to open along the yellow line will further improve the area’s metro accessibility.
